How to draw a simple hand using CorelDRAW

In this tutorial you are going to learn how to draw a hand.

Draw a line like this using “Bezier Tool” in CorelDRAW

Now we can shape this thing as we want using “Shape Tool”. Once you choose the shape tool you can right click on a line and choose “to curve” from the menu.Shape the line as you want using arrow heads which are appear on the both side of line.

Draw space between fingers like this.


Draw nails as below image.

Change the shape of nail as below using same method we used to shape the hand outer line.

Fill some color like below.

Fill the space between finger with some dark color. Give it a drop shadow. Place it inside the hand by power clip option in the effect menu. After placing inside you can change the place by using “Edit content” method.


Select all the nails with Shift + Click. Fill nails with “Fountain fill” Dialog box as below.


Draw small details of the finger as below.


Copy and paste the this to all the fingers. Change the size of it by compared to finger size.Finally give small shadow to the hand.

Here is the final result.


All we need is little bit of patient which is I haven’t have. ;-)
