How to draw a simple face using CorelDRAW

Today you are going to learn how to draw a simple face vector art. This tutorial is aim for the CorelDraw beginners. If you never draw something in coreldraw this will be a good starting point.

All lines in this graphic is done by using “Bezier Tool”.

Draw a shape like this.

Right click on a line using “Shape Tool” and select “To Curve” form the list.

Then arrows should be appears on each side of the line. Using these arrows you can shape the line as you want. Here I make the shape of face.

Now most important part of a face is eyes. This also done by same procedure.

Ball of eye is created using a circle shape. It is fill using “Fountain Fill” tool in the corelDraw

Now you can group the eye ball and place it inside the eye by using “Power Clip” option

After placing it inside, you can change the position by editing it.


After place it properly, You can finish editing.

Final result of the eye will look like this.

Eye liner also done as follows.




Make some eye lash as follow.

Fill the face shape with some suitable color.



Also pay some attention about the shadow under the eye-brow.

Make a another copy of eye and mirror it. Then place it on the other side of the face.

Draw a nose like this.

Shape it using shape tool.

Place a ellipse at the bottom of the nose.

Select the both shapes and “Weld” it.

Fill some suitable color using “Fountain Fill” tool. Now we can draw as bellow images.






Draw some hair around the head.
